A fun but silly story...The last & final chapter is on page 478..updated 16th August 2012
Now i must explain first when i went to this concert i wasn’t a huge fan my friend Sophie asked if i would go and i said yes i`ll go, never seen him live i wasn’t that bothered who he was, i just love live music. We did make sure that Enrique`s greatest hits cd was playing all the way to Cardiff just so i didn’t look stupid ,but i knew all his songs anyway ,just never brought any of his albums. The only song i hadn’t listened to in a long time was “ hero “ and that song reminded me of my ex and every time it was played i use to turn the radio off! Too many memories , too hurtful to listen too.
So, we drive to Cardiff to watch Enrique in concert, it took us about 2 hours to get there traffic was good on this particular day thank god, when we arrived around 4pm it was a lovely sunny day.
We found somewhere to park quite easy right next to the Cardiff arena. We sat in the car wondering
what to do as we were so early, i said “well , we could walk into town go get something to eat, go shopping just to kill sometime then come back a little later on”.
We got out the car, we decided to check which way we had to go in to the arena we looked up & noticed a huge crowd had developed at the back of the arena, so went to see what all the fuss was about.Enrique had just arrived and he was running late as usual and i just saw the top of his hat, all these girls were screaming out his name to which i just laughed and shook my head, all of a sudden i heard some one call my name “June, June “over here i looked over by the barrier & noticed a guy waving at me, it was one of the Roadie`s that i knew called Jamie i knew Jamie from another gig he was doing ages ago. Jamie was 6ft with short Blonde hair not bad looking if i were honest.
He called me over & asked how i was, said i was fine said hello to my friend Sophie, i said to” Jamie what brings you here” he replied “the company i work for are doing the Enrique tour”, “wow that`s good for ya” i replied. Jamie then said to me “Are you still a keen photographer”
“yes i am why?” Looking really puzzled.
“Well Enrique`s resident photographer has had to go back home to Miami due to ill health & the management & Enrique are losing their minds because they desperately need someone to take photos for tonight`s gig & the rest of his tour”. I smiled & said “what has that got to do with me” acting a bit dumb and smiling at Jamie “well ,was wondering if your up to doing it i would have to go and speak to his people first” i blushed and i said “yeah would love too, but it wont Happen Jamie they wouldn’t want someone like me ,miss ordinary doing that sort of thing, he said “lets try yeah?”
I gave him my number & he said he would ring & let me know either way.
We walked off and Sophie was dead excited i said “don’t get your hopes up it aint going to happen lets walk in to town to get something to eat” by this time i was starving it was like 4.30pm we hadn’t eaten since 9am & that was at breakfast!
we got half way in to town when my phone rings its Jamie i gasp at Sophie, shaking i answered it & he said “where are you? Walking in to town why? “
“Well you better get your sorry little arse back here they want you to do some test shots of Enrique`s sound check & if your any good you`ve got the gig!!” I squealed with delight & went “nah Jamie your winding me up” he replied “i am not June, Enrique said he wanted to see what you were
made of! So, seriously get your arse back here now, but you have to be here
like now” he screamed. “Ok, ok” i said “we`re coming back right now but i warn you, you better not be winding me up Jamie! “I turned to Sophie & said “we`ve gotta go back they want me now!” smiling
really silly I said to Jamie “we`re be there in about 10 minutes”
I screamed, jumped up & down, said “we going to have to run back mate” she laughed & said “what in these heels” i said “yeah take them off “laughing.we ran as fast as we could back to the arena as it was getting late it was about 5.00pm and the doors were due to open at 6.30pm but Enrique hadn’t even done his sound check.
We got back to the arena and there was even more people waiting to see Enrique and as we were walking towards the barrier i heard some bloke say to these girls “oh they reckon they going to just walk up & go straight in” i smiled at the little cocky bloke as The security guy lifted the barrier up, i said “we`re here to see Jamie”, the guy look over at Jamie he gave The nod and the security guard let us through. The bloke blushed with embarrassment, i looked at him and laughed he put his head down because he knew how stupid he sounded, to be honest i don’t think he even knew we heard him say
what he did.
Jamie said “here your both going to need these access all areas passes” as we were walking into the venue, we put them over our heads so that the hung from out necks, so that they could be scanned each time we went anywhere.
“Sophie, your going to have to sit this one out i`m afraid your have to wait in the lounge room as Enrique doesn’t want anyone else in the arena apart from the Band, sound engineers & his management and of course June” Jamie smiled at this because he knew that this could be the best thing that has happened to me. It did make me blush that Enrique only wanted me in there with the others, and i thought, yeah right as if Enrique would even give me a second glance.
Jamie took me through and i remember thinking this is too good to be true someone pinch me please, my heart was beating so fast i was shaking, the palms of my hands were sweaty and my mouth was dry, Dave one of the sound guys introduced me to everyone he said “you can go anywhere you like,
where would you prefer to take your pix?” I said sheepishly ,”can i go on the cat walk?”
Dave replied “yes you can”, smiling at me there was some small steps leading to end of the catwalk & i decided i was going to sit crossed legged at the end to take some pix just take a few then go nearer once i plucked up the courage to do so...Id never seen Enrique in concert let alone met him & i never really been nervous when i have met famous people before,but this time “oh boy”
Enrique popped out from the side of the stage saw me sitting on the end of the catwalk & waved said
in to the microphone “Hey June, you ok?”
The house lights were up so he could see me clearly He looked so handsome and so tall id forgotten how tall he was. He was wearing his trade mark cap jeans, white hoodie with a scarf to keep his throat warm. I thought my heart was going to stop beating, I could feel it miss a beat when i saw him standing there smiling. I was looking up feeling myself blushing a lot i waved back & smiled thinking my god he looks even more handsome in the flesh.
The band starting playing ring my bells just as Enrique started walking towards me i was laughing to myself because i was so nervous, i could feel myself going red as he walked up to me smiling and singing “ring my bells” He stopped singing, the band continued to play.
He came right up to me sat down in front of me crossed his legs and our knees were touching each other, he said “you ok”? too which i replied “well err no, if i am honest i am shitting myself,” too which
he burst out laughing “hold your hands out “i put my camera down & i held my hands out he said “turn your hands, so your palms are facing the floor”, i looked at him he said “wow, you really are shitting yourself “ he said laughing at me “ your hands are shaking like mad, just like mine”
he started to laugh as he made his hands shake. I laugh at him thinking you silly sod but he put me at ease really quickly.
Enrique then said “bet your heart is beating real fast? “To that i answered “yes, it is “ took his right hand & placed it on my heart without even thinking where his hand was, he looked me right in the eye for a good few seconds smiled and then moved his hand away slowly, he was still smiling at this point. I thought how embarrassing was that, i mean, I don’t even know the guy really & go and do that to him, stupid, stupid i kept saying to myself.
I also remember thinking how beautiful his eyes were while he looking at me for that split moment,the skin on is hands was so soft. He then took hold of my camera & came right next me put his to head to my head & took a photo,” smile” he said as he was taking it.
He then got up ,extended his arms ,pulled me up said “bet your not nervous now are ya”
kissed me on both cheeks gave me hug and said “go for it June , take as many pix as you like, the more the better lets see how good u really are!! Put it this way if these photo`s don’t come out very good Jamie is going to be in big trouble” laughing.
I took about 50 photos of him doing the sound check he was running late as usual but he needed
to make sure everything was good to go for tonight`s gig, he finished & i said “Thanks Enrique” he said “No probs June i`ll take a look at them now if that`s ok? Yeah of course”, I took the memory card out the camera and gave it to him he said “do you mind waiting in the lounge room with the band? Just while i take a look at these with Fernando and we won`t keep you in suspense too long i promise you” he said smiling & he gave me a wink.
Went into the lounge room & my friend Sophie was talking
to Laura Jane they both asked how it went i said “ok i think, their looking at them now” i said nervously. Laura said “he will love them June trust me, Sophie has showed me some other photo`s that you have taken & you are really good June, Don`t put yourself down”, “cant help it “”i replied “just don’t think i am that good if i am totally honest with you” i snapped and i apologise for snapping but she understood how much this meant to me.
I smiled at her but i wasn’t convinced kept thinking he wasn’t going to like them & that they would be wasting their time testing me when they could have got a professional photographer in for one night.
About half an hour went past and i have to say it was the longest half hour of my life i was walking up & down the room thinking to myself he won`t like them, bet they turned out blurred. Everyone kept telling me sit down don’t worry, but i couldn’t i was worrying big time.
Then the door swings open i stop dead in my tracks, Fernando says “June, come with me”...Gulp i looked at everyone in the room they wished me luck. Enrique`s dressing room was at the end of the corridor my heart was beating so fast, i was so sure that Fernando could hear it going boom,
boom boom, Fernando knocked on Enrique`s door walked in & said to me “come in, sit down next to Enrique” i smiled and said “thanks” as i did Enrique kissed me again on the cheek & said “well
well well.”...............
I was really blushing at this point my heart was pounding, my hands a little sweaty, my mouth was so dry & i honestly thought i was going to cry.........

A Fun But Silly Story Part 2
Chapter 13
Enrique says to May in a panicking voice “Ring Jacob tell him we`re on our way” she nods & dials the number on speed dial; Enrique gets me in the car & speeds off towards the clinic.
We arrive at the clinic Jacob greets us with a nurse & wheelchair they wheel me in to a room Jacob says “pop up on that bed June we`re see what`s going on” He rolled up my top placed the Gel on my belly, Enrique grabs my right hand & holds it close to his heart, he leans in closer to me & we both had tears in our eyes. Jacob says “when was the last time you felt them moving June?” I replied about 2 hours ago i went to sleep & I woke up with a sudden jolt, i rubbed my belly & they usually move, but not this time, I`m really scared Jacob” he places the scanner on my belly starts moving it about, he mumble`s something then he turns a dial on the machine, I looked at Enrique & i sob my heart out, in to his chest as we could both hear the babies heartbeats. The babies heartbeats were really strong, “Oh my god Jacob sounds to me they`re alright?” Enrique asks, Jacob nods “thank god,” He smiles says “those heartbeats are very strong June; look at the monitor guys as he turned the screen round it looked like they were waving at us. Enrique & I both smiled through tears, Enrique kisses me says “So, Jacob why did they stop moving?” Jacob sighs says “It`s any body guess Enrique, June have they been moving around a lot?” I replied with “well, yes today it looked like they were fighting” Maybe they wore themselves out they are just getting in too position, so I would safely say they have been asleep” I take a deep breath “Thank god” Jacob continues to say “you did the right thing though, I still think your have these early June, so you Two best be ready, sooner rather than later” he was smiling & so were we.
Jacob wiped the Gel off my bump says “you can go home put your feet up June” I got off the bed Enrique says to Jacob “I guess this is going to be a stupid question Jacob, is having sex going to be ok?” Jacob smiles whispers to Enrique “Just be gentle with her, before long, June may not want to have sex especially the last month or Two, I`m sure your talk about it son” Jacob smiles pats Enrique on the back.
We get back in to the car & before Enrique starts it up he says “Are you really ok?” he kisses me fully on the mouth as i say “Yep, I am fine especially now” he hugs me & he starts the car & we head home to see Ella, all the way home he is holding my hand.
We arrive home May makes sure the dogs don’t jump up at me she says “well? Are they ok?” I smile nod “yeah Jacob reckons they were asleep after they were moving around a lot earlier today, he said they`re getting in position now as well, so he too thinks I won`t go full term with them, so we better make sure we`re ready” she smiles hugs me says “you sit down i`ll make you a mug of tea” I thank her & Enrique comes to sit beside me he holds my hand says “I love you June” I smile stroke his cheek & say “I love you too babe, so much it hurts” he hugs me & May brings in the tea & some biscuits for us, we thank her and we sit in silence for a bit when his cell phone rings it was Fernando.
I heard him saying to Fernando you have got to be kidding me, no way there is no way I am going to be able to do that, he gets off the phone he looks angry says to me “your so going to hate me June” I look at him sit up & say “why what have you done?” its not what i have done Fernando has only arranged a concert in Madrid” I smile say “well that`s brilliant, you haven’t been there for ages why are you so worked up over that?” “June, it`s for 4th May!” I look at him say “please tell me this is joke?” he shook his head “no, well I hope for your sake the babies come early or we could be in big trouble, because you wont be there at the birth of your children” I got up walked upstairs i wasn’t happy at all about hearing this news, & Enrique knew it, it was bad enough he was doing concerts in Mexico in February & March.
I was busy playing with Ella when he walked in the room, kneeled down took Ella`s hand then went to kiss me on the lips i turned my face & he kissed my ear! “Oh June, please don’t be angry with me” I looked at him said “don’t be angry unless the babies arrive early I cannot go to Madrid with you, its a 9 hour flight from here, Jacob wont let me fly” he sighed he knew I was angry but this was out of his control 4th May was the only date the venue could hold this concert.
Dinner was ready about 8 we sat down & Enrique said “I am so sorry June” I take a deep breath and say “yeah, so you keep saying I guess i have to put up with it & shut up about it” he put his cutlery down says “Oh don’t be silly June, I want these babies born on my birthday but i think we both know that wont happen, with any luck if they do come 4 weeks early then we can all go to Madrid & then all my family will be able to see all our family” I look at him smile sarcastically “yeah, I guess so”
February 2012
Friday the 10th February Enrique receives a phone call around 10am it was the social worker she explained that Olivia now has her passport & that she would be coming over to Miami after the weekend. He walks towards me as i was sitting in the shade by the pool.
He sits beside me says “Olivia will be here Monday to see us June!” I looked “Really? Wow just before valentines day” he smiles says “that wont hurt our plans or should I say my plans for you on Valentines Day babe” he leans over kisses me.
The Night before we see Olivia I was getting so nervous I was very snappy with Enrique; he even took the dogs out for a walk on his own. We had decided we wouldn’t bring her to the house straight way, we would meet by the beach.
Monday 13th February arrives I was awake real early, I left Enrique in bed went downstairs made some tea I was sitting by the pool, when Enrique comes out to me gives me a hug says “you know, it will be alright today” kissed me sits down beside me, I smile at him kiss him back take his hand and squeeze it.
We were meeting at 11am so Maria was coming over to look after Ella for us, Ella loved being looked after by Maria, as Maria was always there when she was first born, we left at 10.30 I was shaking & Enrique was laughing at me “so, you’re not nervous one little bit then?” he looked at me smiled “Yeah, I am but I am trying to hold it together for your sake” We park up, get out the car and we see Jane holding hands with Olivia, Jane smiles as we walk over to them. Jane introduces us “Olivia, this is June & Enrique say Hello” Olivia smiles says “Hello” and holds out her hand to shake ours, which we did.
Wow I thought to myself what a polite little girl, she was very Blond slim & quite tall Jane explained “Olivia knows all about you, that you have a little girl already & twins arriving soon, she said that if you do decided to take her on she will help you” I smile said to Jane “ can we go for a walk” she said “yes, If you & Olivia go ahead of us Enrique & I will follow you” I took Olivia`s hand and we went for a walk along the beach, Jane was talking to Enrique “How has June been?” Enrique sighs says “well, we had a scare the other day, the babies didn’t move for a few hours, we rushed her to the clinic & the babies were fine, she was so worked up over the weekend” Jane looked at him said “In what way?” “Nervous about meeting Olivia again after all these years” She smiles says “Well, I will be honest with you Olivia was so excited about meeting you guys, are you sure your going to be able to cope with it all? After all I don’t know how you will explain Olivia to the press” Enrique stops walking looks at Jane says “I don’t tell the press anything its all gossip when it`s printed, I am a very private person Jane, don’t like every body knowing everything about me”
Olivia wanted to build some sandcastles as she had brought her bucket & spade with her we both helped her build them as we do Jane take some photographs of us all together. The first meeting wasn`t going to be a long one, I said to Olivia “Have you been to see Mickey & Minnie mouse yet?” she leaned over to me & in a whisper she says “No, we are going tomorrow morning, we are having breakfast with them all” I looked smiled at her said “wow, & its the most Romantic day of the year tomorrow” & with that she hugged me. Jane said “Olivia wants to go & get something out of the car, would you excuse us both for second?” we smiled said “Yes” As they walked off Enrique puts his arm around my waist he kisses me says “what an adorable little girl, she looks like you June” I smile say “yeah she does”
Jane & Olivia came back and Olivia walked up to us both & gave us each a white Rose, as she did she said “These are for you to say Thank you for meeting me today, & its Valentines day tomorrow” she hugs us both says “I like you” smiling we both said at the same time “we like you too” then Enrique says to her “maybe next time you could come to see our house, we have 2 dogs & swimming pool” she nodded & smiled, then Jane said “right its time to go” we hugged her & said “thank you for the Roses have a wonderful time at Disney tomorrow” she said “I will” Jane then said “I will take lots of pictures of her & video`s & send them to you, as I am sure your be keen to know how it goes” we smile shake Jane`s hand & Enrique places his arm around me once again as we watch them walk away, several times Olivia looked round & waved goodbye to us, which just melted my heart & I could feel the tears falling down my cheeks. Enrique looks at me smiles and wipes the tears away; he knew I was gutted to let her go but we knew we had to do it like this.
We stayed on the beach & I decided I wanted to sit down, I sat down, Enrique sat behind me he placed his legs either side of my body with his knees up & puts his arms around me, he said “I hope she likes us” I replied “Yeah, I do too she is a very sweet little girl”
Jane got in the car with Olivia said to her “well, what did you think?” Olivia smiles “really nice i like them” Jane then gets on the phone says to the person on the other end “the meet went really well, I think we will need to meet up to discuss the next meeting” Jane hangs up the phone & starts the car & they drive off to Orlando.

Jane said “Olivia wants to go & get something out of the car, would you excuse us both for second?” we smiled said “Yes” As they walked off Enrique puts his arm around my waist he kisses me says “what an adorable little girl, she looks like you June” I smile say “yeah she does”
Jane & Olivia came back and Olivia walked up to us both & gave us each a white Rose, as she did she said “These are for you to say Thank you for meeting me today, & its Valentines day tomorrow” she hugs us both says “I like you” smiling we both said at the same time “we like you too” then Enrique says to her “maybe next time you could come to see our house, we have 2 dogs & swimming pool” she nodded & smiled, then Jane said “right its time to go” we hugged her & said “thank you for the Roses have a wonderful time at Disney tomorrow” she said “I will” Jane then said “I will take lots of pictures of her & video`s & send them to you, as I am sure your be keen to know how it goes” we smile shake Jane`s hand & Enrique places his arm around me once again as we watch them walk away, several times Olivia looked round & waved goodbye to us, which just melted my heart & I could feel the tears falling down my cheeks. Enrique looks at me smiles and wipes the tears away; he knew I was gutted to let her go but we knew we had to do it like this.
We stayed on the beach & I decided I wanted to sit down, I sat down, Enrique sat behind me he placed his legs either side of my body with his knees up & puts his arms around me, he said “I hope she likes us” I replied “Yeah, I do too she is a very sweet little girl”
Jane got in the car with Olivia said to her “well, what did you think?” Olivia smiles “really nice i like them” Jane then gets on the phone says to the person on the other end “the meet went really well, I think we will need to meet up to discuss the next meeting” Jane hangs up the phone & starts the car & they drive off to Orlando.

Great long chapter, June, Thanks a million! And even a double chapter, LMAO I couldn't resist reading both parts. hahaha what a way to fill this page.
But OMG WHAT OTHER PERSON ON THE OTHER END are you talking about? Why this mystery again? Is something new coming up? New trouble, new complications? Or is it just me who's going to arrive shortly to give you guys a hand, to be with Olivia or whatever? Please write me back into the story, June. LOL I am begging you .....

when i posted the chapter it didnt show on here...so i put it on again...so now I have 2 copies lol I have tried deleting the other one but it wont go lol....

OMG I'm so glad the babies are fine. Who was Jane talking to on the phone? Please let it be someone who works at the adoption agency & nothing more than that. I can't believe that Fernando booked a concert so close to the due date! I hope they come early enough so you can go with him to Madrid, but not too early. I want them to be completely healthy.
