A fun but silly story...The last & final chapter is on page 478..updated 16th August 2012
Now i must explain first when i went to this concert i wasn’t a huge fan my friend Sophie asked if i would go and i said yes i`ll go, never seen him live i wasn’t that bothered who he was, i just love live music. We did make sure that Enrique`s greatest hits cd was playing all the way to Cardiff just so i didn’t look stupid ,but i knew all his songs anyway ,just never brought any of his albums. The only song i hadn’t listened to in a long time was “ hero “ and that song reminded me of my ex and every time it was played i use to turn the radio off! Too many memories , too hurtful to listen too.
So, we drive to Cardiff to watch Enrique in concert, it took us about 2 hours to get there traffic was good on this particular day thank god, when we arrived around 4pm it was a lovely sunny day.
We found somewhere to park quite easy right next to the Cardiff arena. We sat in the car wondering
what to do as we were so early, i said “well , we could walk into town go get something to eat, go shopping just to kill sometime then come back a little later on”.
We got out the car, we decided to check which way we had to go in to the arena we looked up & noticed a huge crowd had developed at the back of the arena, so went to see what all the fuss was about.Enrique had just arrived and he was running late as usual and i just saw the top of his hat, all these girls were screaming out his name to which i just laughed and shook my head, all of a sudden i heard some one call my name “June, June “over here i looked over by the barrier & noticed a guy waving at me, it was one of the Roadie`s that i knew called Jamie i knew Jamie from another gig he was doing ages ago. Jamie was 6ft with short Blonde hair not bad looking if i were honest.
He called me over & asked how i was, said i was fine said hello to my friend Sophie, i said to” Jamie what brings you here” he replied “the company i work for are doing the Enrique tour”, “wow that`s good for ya” i replied. Jamie then said to me “Are you still a keen photographer”
“yes i am why?” Looking really puzzled.
“Well Enrique`s resident photographer has had to go back home to Miami due to ill health & the management & Enrique are losing their minds because they desperately need someone to take photos for tonight`s gig & the rest of his tour”. I smiled & said “what has that got to do with me” acting a bit dumb and smiling at Jamie “well ,was wondering if your up to doing it i would have to go and speak to his people first” i blushed and i said “yeah would love too, but it wont Happen Jamie they wouldn’t want someone like me ,miss ordinary doing that sort of thing, he said “lets try yeah?”
I gave him my number & he said he would ring & let me know either way.
We walked off and Sophie was dead excited i said “don’t get your hopes up it aint going to happen lets walk in to town to get something to eat” by this time i was starving it was like 4.30pm we hadn’t eaten since 9am & that was at breakfast!
we got half way in to town when my phone rings its Jamie i gasp at Sophie, shaking i answered it & he said “where are you? Walking in to town why? “
“Well you better get your sorry little arse back here they want you to do some test shots of Enrique`s sound check & if your any good you`ve got the gig!!” I squealed with delight & went “nah Jamie your winding me up” he replied “i am not June, Enrique said he wanted to see what you were
made of! So, seriously get your arse back here now, but you have to be here
like now” he screamed. “Ok, ok” i said “we`re coming back right now but i warn you, you better not be winding me up Jamie! “I turned to Sophie & said “we`ve gotta go back they want me now!” smiling
really silly I said to Jamie “we`re be there in about 10 minutes”
I screamed, jumped up & down, said “we going to have to run back mate” she laughed & said “what in these heels” i said “yeah take them off “laughing.we ran as fast as we could back to the arena as it was getting late it was about 5.00pm and the doors were due to open at 6.30pm but Enrique hadn’t even done his sound check.
We got back to the arena and there was even more people waiting to see Enrique and as we were walking towards the barrier i heard some bloke say to these girls “oh they reckon they going to just walk up & go straight in” i smiled at the little cocky bloke as The security guy lifted the barrier up, i said “we`re here to see Jamie”, the guy look over at Jamie he gave The nod and the security guard let us through. The bloke blushed with embarrassment, i looked at him and laughed he put his head down because he knew how stupid he sounded, to be honest i don’t think he even knew we heard him say
what he did.
Jamie said “here your both going to need these access all areas passes” as we were walking into the venue, we put them over our heads so that the hung from out necks, so that they could be scanned each time we went anywhere.
“Sophie, your going to have to sit this one out i`m afraid your have to wait in the lounge room as Enrique doesn’t want anyone else in the arena apart from the Band, sound engineers & his management and of course June” Jamie smiled at this because he knew that this could be the best thing that has happened to me. It did make me blush that Enrique only wanted me in there with the others, and i thought, yeah right as if Enrique would even give me a second glance.
Jamie took me through and i remember thinking this is too good to be true someone pinch me please, my heart was beating so fast i was shaking, the palms of my hands were sweaty and my mouth was dry, Dave one of the sound guys introduced me to everyone he said “you can go anywhere you like,
where would you prefer to take your pix?” I said sheepishly ,”can i go on the cat walk?”
Dave replied “yes you can”, smiling at me there was some small steps leading to end of the catwalk & i decided i was going to sit crossed legged at the end to take some pix just take a few then go nearer once i plucked up the courage to do so...Id never seen Enrique in concert let alone met him & i never really been nervous when i have met famous people before,but this time “oh boy”
Enrique popped out from the side of the stage saw me sitting on the end of the catwalk & waved said
in to the microphone “Hey June, you ok?”
The house lights were up so he could see me clearly He looked so handsome and so tall id forgotten how tall he was. He was wearing his trade mark cap jeans, white hoodie with a scarf to keep his throat warm. I thought my heart was going to stop beating, I could feel it miss a beat when i saw him standing there smiling. I was looking up feeling myself blushing a lot i waved back & smiled thinking my god he looks even more handsome in the flesh.
The band starting playing ring my bells just as Enrique started walking towards me i was laughing to myself because i was so nervous, i could feel myself going red as he walked up to me smiling and singing “ring my bells” He stopped singing, the band continued to play.
He came right up to me sat down in front of me crossed his legs and our knees were touching each other, he said “you ok”? too which i replied “well err no, if i am honest i am shitting myself,” too which
he burst out laughing “hold your hands out “i put my camera down & i held my hands out he said “turn your hands, so your palms are facing the floor”, i looked at him he said “wow, you really are shitting yourself “ he said laughing at me “ your hands are shaking like mad, just like mine”
he started to laugh as he made his hands shake. I laugh at him thinking you silly sod but he put me at ease really quickly.
Enrique then said “bet your heart is beating real fast? “To that i answered “yes, it is “ took his right hand & placed it on my heart without even thinking where his hand was, he looked me right in the eye for a good few seconds smiled and then moved his hand away slowly, he was still smiling at this point. I thought how embarrassing was that, i mean, I don’t even know the guy really & go and do that to him, stupid, stupid i kept saying to myself.
I also remember thinking how beautiful his eyes were while he looking at me for that split moment,the skin on is hands was so soft. He then took hold of my camera & came right next me put his to head to my head & took a photo,” smile” he said as he was taking it.
He then got up ,extended his arms ,pulled me up said “bet your not nervous now are ya”
kissed me on both cheeks gave me hug and said “go for it June , take as many pix as you like, the more the better lets see how good u really are!! Put it this way if these photo`s don’t come out very good Jamie is going to be in big trouble” laughing.
I took about 50 photos of him doing the sound check he was running late as usual but he needed
to make sure everything was good to go for tonight`s gig, he finished & i said “Thanks Enrique” he said “No probs June i`ll take a look at them now if that`s ok? Yeah of course”, I took the memory card out the camera and gave it to him he said “do you mind waiting in the lounge room with the band? Just while i take a look at these with Fernando and we won`t keep you in suspense too long i promise you” he said smiling & he gave me a wink.
Went into the lounge room & my friend Sophie was talking
to Laura Jane they both asked how it went i said “ok i think, their looking at them now” i said nervously. Laura said “he will love them June trust me, Sophie has showed me some other photo`s that you have taken & you are really good June, Don`t put yourself down”, “cant help it “”i replied “just don’t think i am that good if i am totally honest with you” i snapped and i apologise for snapping but she understood how much this meant to me.
I smiled at her but i wasn’t convinced kept thinking he wasn’t going to like them & that they would be wasting their time testing me when they could have got a professional photographer in for one night.
About half an hour went past and i have to say it was the longest half hour of my life i was walking up & down the room thinking to myself he won`t like them, bet they turned out blurred. Everyone kept telling me sit down don’t worry, but i couldn’t i was worrying big time.
Then the door swings open i stop dead in my tracks, Fernando says “June, come with me”...Gulp i looked at everyone in the room they wished me luck. Enrique`s dressing room was at the end of the corridor my heart was beating so fast, i was so sure that Fernando could hear it going boom,
boom boom, Fernando knocked on Enrique`s door walked in & said to me “come in, sit down next to Enrique” i smiled and said “thanks” as i did Enrique kissed me again on the cheek & said “well
well well.”...............
I was really blushing at this point my heart was pounding, my hands a little sweaty, my mouth was so dry & i honestly thought i was going to cry.........

June im sooo desperate that i hv started reading ur story all over again and i think u know how many timez ive read it b4....but im just trying to make sure i dont get bored while waitng for the nxt chapter...but believe me June.....im xtreeemely desperate!!!!

“A Fun But Silly Story” Part 2
Chapter 36
Enrique squeezes my hand leans into me says “I need to talk to you June” I look at him “what? Right Now?” He nods saying “It`s really important June” He helps me up & I say to Jade “could you look after Olivia for us please?” Jade smiles say “sure, take all the time you need guys” We both smile at her. Enrique takes me out into the gardens of the hotel, we find a bench & we sit down. I look at him “ok, what`s wrong Enrique, you look really worried” He takes a deep breath says “Anna dragged me into a corner before the wedding ceremony & kissed me” I said “say that again?” he did “The worst thing though June she got someone to take photographs of it happening!” I looked away from him, tears welling up in my eyes, the tears fell quite fast I sniffed & wiped the tears away, I stood up, he grabs my arm but I pull it away “I cant, I`m sorry” I started to walk away, he catches me up & we walk side by side in total silence.
We walked through the gardens & Enrique looks down & Grabs my hand we were both looking everywhere, but at each other, I knew my mascara had run down my face, but I was just so upset! Enrique stopped walking, I carried on but he didn’t let go of my hand, he pulled me towards him & held me so tight I could barely breathe, he leaned in & we kissed one another, the kiss was so tender so sweet. He pulled away looked at me placed my head between his hands looks me in the eye says “I am so very, very sorry I love you more than words can say June” I smile at him, what we didn’t know was the photographer that Anna had hired was lurking in the tree`s taking photographs of us!
We went back to our hotel suite I walked into the bedroom laid down & sobbed Enrique came over with some tissues & sat on the floor leaning against the side of the bed, he knew how hurt I was but he really couldn’t help it. I stopped crying & put my fingers through Enrique thick hair he moved his head he smiles at me turns round leans up onto the bed kisses me “I`m so sorry baby” I kinda smiled at him. I sigh said “when is this all going to end? I am so sick of it” he climbs on to the bed & we have a long lingering cuddle, something I really needed at the moment.
We stayed in the suite for ages just talking and holding one another close, he said “I think we better go back down & see everyone don’t you?” I laugh say “Nah, they wont miss us even if they did you could just say I wasn’t feeling too good” He smiles asks me “Are we ok June?” I smile look at him “how can we not be ok, it wasn’t your fault what happened today, but you have to promise me one thing Enrique” He places his hands on my shoulders “anything” “I kiss him on the lips “you sort Anna out” He looks at me says “sure thing, first thing Monday I`ll ring Murray” I smile at him.
I sit up on the bed as Enrique starts laughing at me, “what`s wrong?” He passes me a small vanity mirror he says “Look at your face” I knew what I looked like I lifted the mirror to my face & started laughing I got off the bed & got some face wipes & cleaned all my make-up off. Enrique says “you look much better without all that make-up on June” I smile says “Thanks, I think that was compliment” he walks over to me places his arms around me says “Are you feeling up to it today June?” I act all innocent “what do you mean?” I ask him smiling, he leans over to me kisses me on the neck, I lean my head back against his chest, turn round & we kiss like we have never kissed before.
He whispers “I Wanna make love to you” I pull away smile as he takes my hand & leads me to the bed, I whisper to him “You will have to be really gentle baby” I will I promise, have I ever disappointed you June?” We smile at each other as he gently un-zips my dress & watches it fall to the floor.
I woke to the sound of Enrique`s cell phone ringing he jumped out of bed it was Tony, “Hey man where the hell are you?” Enrique started laughing “we fell asleep as June wasn’t feeling too great so we came up to the room” Tony slurred his words “Well, we`re going away in a bit wanted to say bye!” Enrique says “what time is it then?” Tony replied “10pm” Enrique says “Oh shit, cant believe we slept for so long, I`ll pop down to see you both off, June is still sleep” Tony sighs “Ok, it`s just Linda wanted to see June before we went away” Enrique says “leave it with me see if I can get June to come down” They hang up the phones & Enrique looks at me laughs as he crawls towards me on all fours & kisses me, “Linda & Tony want us both downstairs to say goodbye June” I smile said “well, ok we`d better go down then”
we got dressed, got in to the lift holding hands & smiling, we arrive in Reception Just as Anna is waiting for the lift she looks at us both & her face was a picture, angry she pushed passed us deliberately knocking me, but she knocked me in to Enrique & by now he had, had enough, “My god June, are you ok?” I nod looking back at her “Yeah, I`m fine. Fernando got in the lift with Anna the doors closed he says “why, will you not leave him alone, he doesn’t want you anymore!” she shrugged her shoulders says “I love him & I always will” Fernando took his cap off put his hands through his hair says “I am giving you one chance, one warning if you come near them again I will get you arrested, I like you Anna but you have gone too far now” The lift doors open & Anna gets out doesn’t say a word or even looks at Fernando!
Fernando comes back to us in reception said “You ok June?” Yeah, I am don’t worry Fernando” “But I do June, Anna has hurt you pair far too many times and we should now get to the serious stuff” Tony & Linda walk towards us smiling they say “Thank You so much for everything you guys have done” Hugged us both said “we`re see you soon” then Linda & Tony drive off Enrique has his arm around me, he looks at me smiles & I lean in to kiss him.
Olivia runs over to us Enrique picks Olivia up “Hey” She kisses Enrique on the cheek says “I have missed you, where did you go?” Enrique looks at me, then at Olivia, “Mommy & I had to have a chat about that thing you saw earlier” I shot Enrique such a look as if to say don’t you dare, he said to me “Mommy, Olivia saw what happened with Anna!” I stroked Olivia face “don’t worry Olivia Anna was just saying goodbye to daddy” Olivia just smiled & Enrique put her down she ran off to dance with Jade. I slapped Enrique on the arm “why didn’t you say she saw you?” He shook his head “I totally forgot I was more concerned how you were going to take the news” I lean up on tip toe to kiss him, “I told you I will not let Anna get to us, she wont split us up babe” he hugs me says “I know she wont June”
We stayed downstairs talking for about another hour, when Olivia was yawning her head off I said “I think we better put Olivia to bed” Enrique & I said “Goodnight” to everyone he picks Olivia up & we take her upstairs. With Olivia out of the way & fast asleep Enrique opens a bottle of Champagne pours it into the glasses says to me “To us, Linda & Tony” I smile as we kiss..”I have great plans for us In London June!” I laugh saying “No you don’t Enrique, we go after you have done this pool party in Miami, then on Tuesday your flying to Beirut to do a concert on the 4th July then we fly to Monte Carlo on Friday for your Two shows!” He was laughing now as he didn’t know that I knew all that. “Damn how did you find out?” I laughed kissed him on the lips “Fernando” We kissed and very slowly strip one another`s clothes off they lay crumpled on the floor, we climbed into bed naked cuddling one another, we didn’t make love tonight, he didn`t want to hurt me!
The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel suite, Olivia wakes us both up by jumping on the bed, but as she did she caught my stomach with her feet, “Ouch”, Oh my god” Enrique jump up says “you ok?” I shake my head as I pull my legs up to my stomach, I had tears in my eyes, Enrique says “Olivia could you go & watch some T.V before breakfast arrives I need to sort your mom out!”She gets off the bed says “I`m sorry mommy” I look at Olivia say “don’t worry baby I`ll be fine!” she closes the door as Enrique gets out of bed to check to see if I am ok, he moves the sheet back touches my stomach area, oh the pain “Do you want me to get a doctor?” I shake my head say “No I`ll have some of my pain killers” we both put on the bathrobes go & have some breakfast, Olivia was really upset I went up to her kissed her & gave her a huge hug “Oh Don’t cry honey I`m fine, I tickled her & she started laughing Enrique sorted out breakfast Olivia was eating for the 3 of us, we both looked at her Enrique says “She is just so funny” he squeezes my hand “You ok?” I nod & smile said “The pain killers have kicked in” we were leaving at 11 this morning Julio & Jade were gonna come back to the house with us & then Carlos & Kelly would arrive later for the BBQ that Enrique had planned.
Back home Olivia ran into the kitchen to see May & the dogs, she had missed Lucas & Alfie so much, I couldn’t understand why as we had only been away for one night! The BBQ had been sorted the food was being prepared by May, I went to see the babies who were all asleep even Ella, Maria said “think the heat has got to Ella” I smiled as I just managed to bend & kiss them all, the pain was still there, but not as bad as earlier. Enrique was sorting some bits out with Julio & Jade I was sitting chatting to May “are you sure you’re doing alright June?” I look at her I could feel tears welling up so I look down at my drink, she walks over to me gives me hug & I sob my heart out “Just let it all out Hun” she was rubbing my back just as Enrique walks in “Hey, what`s up?” May lets go of me & Enrique hugs me May says “I don’t think June is very well, I asked her how she was & she went like this” Hey come on June, this isn’t you, I thought you were ok?” I shake my head against his chest, he pulls away says “Right your coming with me” he grabs my hand & we go in to the snug closes the door & we sit down closely to each other, he hands me a box of tissues. I take a deep breath “I really don’t feel well babe, I ache so much I shouldn’t be like this now, I`m scared to pick the babies up, If I bend down to kiss the babies it hurts so much.
He stands up picks his cell phone up says “Right I`m getting Jacob” he finds Jacobs number tells Jacob what is wrong Jacob said “I`ll pop over as It sounds to me like the infection she has hasn’t gone away, I can be there in 20 minutes” Enrique thanks Jacob & he sits beside me holding my hand, giving it a little squeeze every now & then. Jacob arrived & Carlos showed him where we were & he knocked came in he got me to lie down on the sofa, he pulled my top up as he started to feel around my stomach I was wincing in pain,” How long you been like this June?” I looked at him “2 days” “2 days! Jeez June” came from Enrique I rolled my eyes I was doing that a lot these days, Jacob said “why didn’t you say something before June? I think the infection you had hasn’t gone away, I`m going to give you stronger Anti-bio tics” I look away from Enrique because I knew that as soon as Jacob went he would start moaning at me & right now that was the last thing I wanted.
Jacob told me “June, you must rest, take the tablets I`ve given you, & if that pain gets worse you must call me ok?” I nodded at him “Yes I will I promise” Jacob continued to say “If you let this continue June, You could die from the infection it will ravage your body through your blood stream, so you need to take this seriously” Enrique saw Jacob out & when he came back I was ready for him, “Jeez, June” I stop him by putting my hand up “Don`t ok? Just don`t start!” He walks over to me quickly says “I am gonna start because I love you, I care for you, & I will do anything to protect you, I don’t think you understand by how much, so please start listening to people, Please June” I stood up said “The reason I didn`t was because of the wedding, I couldn’t let Linda & Tony down could I? Then you throw THE bombshell at me about Anna, how am I meant to cope with all that???” By this time Carlos, Jade, Julio & Kelly all heard us arguing I am going to lay down, your have to apologise to your friends. I walk out the room slowly & go upstairs & sleep in the spare room with the door closed & locked!

Jesus your stubborn as hell June,,,,, The poor bloke is worried about you..... Let him sort Anna out for once and for all....
Now get out of that spare room and go talk to your man....

I was bored yesterday so finished it off......so I thought why not post it dont know how long your have to wait until the next one though lol....I have some crappy shifts this week at work.....Glad you enjoyed it though hun, I am feel loads better now :-)

Can't believe you posted a new chapter this quickly! I'm glad that Enrique told you about the Anna thing. You can't blame him for acting like he is, he loves you & is worried about you. Hopefully Anna will leave you guys alone, but I doubt it. Loved this chapter & thanks for posting it.
