Enrique asks for your input

Hey guys,
We are all determined to give you the best experience possible as fans of Enrique. In order to help us all out, we've created a survey to get to know the fans a lot better. If you have a few extra minutes, please lend a hand and answer a few questions.
As a thank you, all participants will automatically be submitted into a drawing. We will send 50 fans an autographed Enrique poster via mail, and one fan will be chosen to meet Enrique in person!

Dutch would be your nationality not your ethnicity..hope this helps :)
