Enrique deserves a hollywood walk of fame star!!!!!!
every year they nominate people which the fans can also vote. and the rules are that the person needs to be in businees for at least 5 years in the category being nominated. and we know Enrique has been the the music industry for long time... He deserves that star for being the best Latin Artist according to Billboard. The person being nominated has to agree with that nomination

I have been looking for other verification that Enrique got a star in 2008. I've been a fan since 2004 and on his websites everyday. I don't remember hearing about him getting a star, just fans wanting to know how can we help get him one. Of course, he does deserve one.
What you may not realize about Wikipedia is that it is totally user contributed and ediitted. Anyone can go in there and edit or add anything they want. It is not considered a reliable source of information, but I'm not saying everything on there is wrong info. Anything that doesn't seem "quite right" should be verified from other sources. IF he got the star, there should be articles announcing it. I haven't found any. Has anyone else?

Ok, about the star, Enrique does not have one. Here is proof, the website that lists all the stars.

Thanks to Linda, Laura R and Kerri for providing the 'proper' information regarding this issue.I had a feeling Enrique didnt really have a 'star' even though he does deserve one. I dont know why Wikipedia and other 'articles' sometimes print the wrong stuff. Thats what gets rumors started.

Wikipedia doesn't verify any info. Probably a fan put that list together and somehow got the wrong information. No one monitors the information, just readers. So if we see something wrong, we can change it.

Yeah, you can change anything you want in wikipedia, so people start to write rumours about everyone and everything that they aren`t always true!!

Well, now don`t get me wrong but I think that after watching Enrique`s interview about Solis I think that this star get it people that have been in the music industry for more than 20 years.... Enrique has been in the music industry from 16 years, so it`s still a few time... but I think that after a bit of time, after selling more and more albums worldwide he`ll take one star, `cuz he really deserves it :)
