Because it will be on Pitbull's new album and it isn't out yet! And ofcourse they don't want to leak unreleased tracks, unfortunately that did happen a couple of times with Enrique tracks but those didn't turn out on his albums later..

It is an album track, not confirmed to be a single at all yet..so there probably might not ever be a video for this one..
Am not sure how I feel about it since I am not a huge Pitbull fan..hopefully it will also be on an Enrique album in the future and not only on Pitbull's..
FYI the track is supposedly produced by Max Martin, Dr. Luke and another guy called Benny ... so that sounds promising, I hope it will not be so much a dance-oriented track but am not counting on it..
