Here's a translation. Hope it helps! So, in the beginning, she basically says how she does know to speak a little Spanish, and does so at her house a little, but she can understand it when hearing it a lot better than she can actually speak it. She said speaking it can be difficult, but when she speaks it she tries to speak it so people can understand her! She also said it's hard to speak it when she gets a little nervous, as in the interview,  and then asks the interviewer if she speaks Spanish badly. (He responds "no, it's perfect"). They joke around about speaking Spanish for awhile, then the interviewer asks her what parts of Mexico is she familiar with. She said she knows all parts, and has visited Mexico many times, it being one of her favorite countries in the whole world. She used to play tennis in Acapulco, Mexico, etc. She loves the rich culture, history, food, and the people there. (Btw, she begins to speak in English here, at around 6 minutes, so I won't go into detail there.) At around 7 minutes, the interviewer asks her if she thinks Mexican food is greasy or not. She replies that it depends, but that it is very natural. She then goes speaking about an after-school program thing she helped to branch out from the U.S. with her friend. (She also starts speaking more about the program in English at around the 8 minute mark, until the end.) Hope you liked my translation okay. :)
