As reported by AOL Music, after announcing her forthcoming 60-plus city world tour, Jennifer Lopez has reportedly confirmed that Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias will join her for the concert trek. We can't think of a hotter lineup!
J.Lo will embark on her tour, starting this June in South America, after her "American Idol" judging duties wrap at the end of the season. According to a Celebuzz source, Lopez is "very excited about him [Iglesias] joining the tour." The singers previously collaborated on Enrique's sexy Euphoria track, "Mouth 2 Mouth."
Hopefully, we wont have a repeat of the unfortunate Femme Fatale tour "confusion," as Enrique called it. He was set to be Britney Spears' opening act back in March 2011, only to pull out hours after the announcement was made. Allegedly, he was originally under the impression that he and Brit would be co-headliners.
Let's hope the Lopez-Iglesias concert series comes true!

 Superstar singer/dance/actor Jennifer Lopez will embark on her first ever world tour, alongside Latin-pop star Enrique Iglesias. The pair of performances will co-headline a massive world tour, which will include 60 dates across the globe - with venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia lined-up for the tour. It'll be Enrique's first world tour since he pulled out of Britney Spear's stint as he was unhappy as being billed as a support act. A source close to Lopez reportedly told Celebuzz: "Jennifer and her team have blocked out more than a month of their schedules, beginning May 4, to start intense rehearsals, each day, at a sound stage in the Los Angeles area.This will be a huge tour, complete with a lavish set, full band and team of dancers. I dont think Enrique will make May 4th to start intense rehearsals - I think he may be in a place called Madrid, Spain...lol

I don't think Enrique will be joining her for every date. He has that event in Miami in June also two concerts in Monte Carlo in July, How can they say Enrqiue did not do a world tour? He just came off a very successfull Tour for Euphoria. They need to get their facts straight. It annoys me that they have to bring up the Brittney Spears thing again and make Enrqiue look like the bad guy.

Yeah, I think the writer of this story needs to get his facts right before writing & printing! ....Maybe he or she is new..lol
As for the Britney fiasco, I would not pay much attention to it, I believe Britney looks the silly one for even thinking E would play second fiddle to her..I'm sure Enrique just shrugs it off now and that's all that matters!!

Maybe J Lo & Enrique will arrange it so when Enrique is performing elsewhere that is when she will have her breaks otherwise it would be a pretty messy situation for ticket sales and fans wanting to go to the concerts to see both of them & not just J Lo. Can you imagine selling tickets for this particular night only where J Lo will be performing and other tickets for different cities both Enrique & J Lo in concert!! It will be interesting to see how it all pans out.

As for the Britney thing ..the deal was not finalized between the 2 parties and britney and her team went ahead and announced it before it was. Enrique was not comfortable with the deal for whatever reasons and backed out as simple as that...and not because hes tooo good to open for her I think we all know how incredilbly humble he is! Even tho we know he's way better than her ;0

Enrique had every right to cancel having not understood that it was not two headlining acts, that he of all people would be supporting act to Spears. What a joke that was.
Sometimes I think things were meant to be, like Pitbull and Prince Royce joining him instead. It was a great, great show. Very complimentary toward one another musically, wonderful personal people that can all sing live. And no drama. Gotta love that Euphoria Tour! Yay!
I'm not as excited about this either. I can't help it. Just not a big fan of J Lo, that's all. Of course I would jump at the chance to see him in concert again, no doubt. I'm not even really sure if she can sing live. I've never seen her not lip sync.

I dont know....I just dont like it when enrique colaborates with these people and they seem to try and make enrique look like hes second! that happens to damn often for my liking!! enrique works harder than any other artist ,hell he just finished a world tour Us included plus mexico and still has a lot more to go !! whats up with this S...???? I just hope he gets enough rest!! (besides hes prettier than them!!) :))

Have to agree with you Kimberly. I understand that the announcement isn't even official and right now this is speculation on the tabloid's part, but they're already making it seem like JLo is the headliner when they write things like "JLo is very excited about Enrique joining the tour" and one headline read "JLo asks Enrique to join her on world tour"...both of those statements make it seem as if this is her world tour that's already planned and he is simply along for the ride...as if he needs to ride anyone's coat tails!! With the big production it sounds like JLo's planning, I imagine ticket prices will be spendy and that was one of Enrique's main reasons for passing on the tour with Britney.

No it was a co-headline. and I saw the poster the half top was Britney and the bottom half was Enrique and the other poster had Britney on the left and Enrique on the right. They said it was a co-headline. Enrique backed out for deferent reasons he said it him self. I think it was about the ticket price and the cites the choose for the tour and for the timing and for Britney's rules and policies for no drinking and etc..
