Manual Bookings For Enrique Concerts

If you have booked tickets for Enrique and booked via the telephone, ring them back to a) check that the booking has gone through and b) what seats you have actually booked.  I booked some seats this morning when the system at the LG arena crashed so the operator took my details and said an email would be sent later this afternoon confirming my seats in block 14 - I have received no email so I phoned them back just now and found out that the seats booked are in block 13!  Apparently if you have to do a manual booking the details are taken and put into the system later in the day and the seats are allocated by someone else and are not the seats that you originally booked.
