From a guy who has a filming agency in Miami..wonder if it's (a commercial) for Atlantico Rum since he's wearing the hat? He might reply or Twitter or else it would even be possible to send the guy an email asking for more info perhaps? The picture can also be enlarged- a lot..

I beleive that is his office in Miami. That is where he keeps his gold records instead of his home

Yes they were probably filming there, there have been some other pictures I have seen in the past where there was the same background..it's nice also seeing some gold/platinum records for Seven hanging there as well- if you enlarge the picture you can see that..I don't remember seeing those in other pictures so it's nice to see them now..
