Our cake for Enrique's birthday !
As you all know we went to Madrid to see Enrique in concert. And I had the brilliant idea (I know ! Hehehe !) to give him something special for a chance. So I asked mi hijas and Hermanita if it was a good idea to give Enrique a cake. But not just 'a' cake ! No no, a special one. And they all agreed.
So we all had some wonderful ideas and after a few weeks we had an idea of how it should be. We also found a bakery in Madrid who made cakes like that. So finally everyone agreed on how the cake should look like. Mi Hermanita then mailed it to the person who would made it. We knew that it was impossible to meet Enrique so we were more then happy that Mi Amor Fernando took the cake with him and was going to give it to Enrique. It was a huge one (for 30 persons).
On the cake was written : Happy Birthday Enrique ! At one side : Nuestro amor nunca va a morir ! On the front : The Pussymagnet (Hehehe !) ! And on the other side : The Dutch Fans ! The filling was with chocolate and vanilla ! So here is a picture of the cake. Joe Bonilla took a picture of it and posted it on twitter and on his Facebookpage ! Hope you all like it ! It's Enrique's plane with him on top of it :o) !

Auw, thanks mi hija. Well I can tell you we had so much fun with making the lay out for the cake itself. Especially when we came up with 'The Pussymagnet' ! We all would have loved to see Enrique's face when he saw that ! LOL ! We will all tell are story soon. But first we have to get back to normal life (which sucks I can tell you that !) !

Auw, mi hijas ! Well we would have loved to tast it ourself ! But it was all for Enrique and the band and his entourage. So I think nothing was left ! LOL ! And yeah, this sentence is something we always say : Nuestro amor nunca va a morir :o) !

Thanks Mary, that's so sweet of you ! Well it's not only from me but also mi hijas and hermanita helped develloping the cake. I had the idea of giving him the cake and then everyone helped to make it as special as it became. The concert was amazing, awesome, perfect ! I so loved the Spanish songs he sang. Only to bad no 'Nunca te olvidare' ! But oh well ... everything was top !
