I wanted to give a warning to anyone who is going to purchase the VIP concert tickets for the Enrique Iglesias Euphoria tour. My boyfriend and I went to the concert in Dallas last night and it was a nightmare. I am a huge Enrique fan, and have been for many years. I have never had a chance to see him in concert, so when the chance came around to see him, I wanted to have the best experience possible (seeing as he doesn't tour the U.S too much). After researching the VIP tickets and the experiences that others have written or posted about, I decided it was going to be worth it to have a blast before the show, getting to do a meet and greet with Enrique, and getting the VIP photos online afterward of the pre-show party. My boyfriend bought the tickets for my birthday present, since he knows I'm a big fan of Enrique's, and I figured this would be the best birthday I'd ever had. The tickets were over $800.00. We arrived and were happy to see that the venue did have VIP parking available- for $40. Since we arrived in separate cars, that would have been $80 in parking fees. I would think that for over $800.00 we could at least get a parking spot. We decided to park in general parking and pay the $20 per vehicle instead. When we got inside we found that the VIP package was a gross misrepresentation. Our "VIP lounge" where we were supposed to be "partying in style" was a bar area upstairs that you could see from the first floor. There was really outdated and cheap decor, and a few scattered tables with no seating. I don't mean to sound too judgmental, but I'm also not an idiot and I know when I'm getting my money's worth or not. There were a few poster of Enrique and Pitbull around, but not much else. Our gourmet catered food were mini-burgers and pasta and a tray of cheese and fruit that had dried up drastically. The food was complementary and we did get a few beers on the house, too, but I was waiting for the good stuff to begin. We had to be at the venue at least 2 hours before the show started, which makes sense for Enrique to meet everyone in a quick manner (there were about 50-60 people there and I saw some of the previous meet and greets on youtube and I know you just get a minute with him, take a picture and move on), but get this- WE NEVER GOT TO MEET HIM. There were a lot of upset people that night, and who can blame them. I was so disappointed. The great music in the VIP area was the sound of the performers warming up on stage and the racket from people coming in downstairs. The paparazzi treatment was a woman with a camera who took one picture of you and who you came with. One girl who had driven from North Carolina with her friend to see him asked when we were going to take a picture with Enrique and the camera woman informed her "Oh, you don't get to do that, but I can take a picture of you and your friend next to one of his posters!". Wow. We went downstairs and our seats were not very good. They were not in the first 10 rows, not even close. I could have bought much, much closer seats- like next to the stage- for literally 1/4 of the price we paid for the VIP tickets. Prince Royce was great and Pitbull gave an amazing performance! I had no idea he had that much thrust in his hips!  When Enrique came on, I went down closer to the stage to take a picture of him on my iphone, but before he could get near my side of the stage, a surly security guard told me my 5 minutes were up and I had to go back to my seat. I was actually tearful at this point. I put on the best face and smile I had for my boyfriend, who had purchased the tickets and wanted my birthday to be amazing, but we left feeling very angry and disappointed. He paid over $800.00 for us to pay for parking, sit in a sectioned off bar, eat some bad food, and sit far from the stage at the concert. I had to take pictures of the screens at the show. I want to say that when you are a celebrity, you don't take your fans for granted. Don't charge VIP prices and give your fans a joke of an experience. I even wondered if Enrique was somewhere laughing his ass off at all of his idiot fans who shelled out for VIP tickets. It's going to be a long time before I can hear an Enrique song without turning off the radio, that's for sure. Hope this helps anyone if they are deciding whether or not to purchase VIP tickets.

Thx 4 ShaRinG :)

And you know what, you can add a new name in the category "Albums".  EUPHORIA, of course.

I think when you go back one page you can vote again. It doesn't say "you have already voted".

Thank you for the link
