Does anyone know how the poster winners are picked? I see the updates everyday of who has been lucky enough to win, but haven't heard any experience stories. Anyone care to share their knowledge?

@ToyotaCenterTix: “secret agent” reps for Enrique will be walking around the arena & hand-picking the winners personally" i'm going to the Staples Center concert and I'm wondering if it'll be the same thing at that venue! but yea... I'm really curious as well!
