Please you guys..I know we try to not get too personal..but we are friends..my mom is in ICU with congestive heart failure, my sister just called me..please pray..she got home last night from trip with her last 12 year old grandchild with dad...and this started this AM and I just got the call..she stopped taking one med she should not have because she did not want to go to bathroom all the time..I pray this time is not it..plaease pray for my mom and family..I love it here and have special freinds here and dar acquantances and we all healing the world in our friendships..please please pray..thank you...Sarah

Good to hear they both are doing a bit better. Well your father is for sure. That's awesome. To bad your mom still need some more care but hopefully it will also go better and better with her. You all stay in my thoughts and I really cross my fingers that it all might end good. Let us know how they are doing ok ? And I hope you can keep coming in here and get all the energy that you need. We are always there for each other. Enrique's fans are the best ! We care for one another and only want the best for each other. And that also means that we are there if something happens to that person. Whether it's in her or his personal life or worksituation or financial issues ... doesn't matter ! Take also good care of yourself mi hija. That's so important as well. Cause other wise if you lay down with your feet up you can't be there for your parents ! So listen to Enrique's music, go for a walk in nature or take a nice long warm bath or something. Just take some Me-Time too ! Love ya lots ! Mwuah !

So good to know your are strengthened by our love and support! Its only a small thing we can do but small things can be really important right? To hear they are comparing notes and pacemakers is so endearing, I hope they will be able to help and support eachother in this major ordeal....I hope from this day forward, its gonna get a little better every day, one step at a time....

Dear Sarah, good to hear both your parents are getting better. It will take some time, and you will need lots of energy in the weeks to come. So please be easy on yourself, and give yourself time to relax and recuperate too. This has been a real tour de force for you and your sisters. It's nice that you got closer to one another too, in a certain way.
Again, take care of yourself too, hun. You're not Superwoman, nobody is Superwoman (although some of us try to be like her now and then LOL).

I am so happy to hear the good news.....what an experience for all of you. No one in the hospital is the best scenario, but like you say, both at the same time!! I can imagine you haven't had a moment with so much going on.......you are going to need to sleep for a few days first chance you get. Good that there are enough of you to be with each of them through all of this. You know the saying, you never know how strong you are until you need to be. Glad to see the love of the E family here for you, helps so much I know. Love you and hope the days get easier for everyone soon. xo xo

Thanks, such loving words..thanks my friend...one is home now..dad..about 6 weeks of recoup for this ...one..mom...has to go somewhere to get stronger before the home recoup, I know she can get a little stonger for herself..viva senior and all kinds of sit exercises even though dad poo poos it..LMAO..Mr. Smart alleck cowboy, all his regular doc can do is check the forms and roll his eyes say yes or no and stand tall..dog to dog with him ( in the end good he can not do for mom right now).....LOL...and yes..in spite of some challenges with sibs, they have done alot and in some ways more then me..and all the stuff we all have to some degree with sibs well it is one of lifes greatest little blessings and occasional curses..depending on issues we all hope finally are outgrown when 80 or 90..when the youngest is there, my b-in -law's mom and her sib last 2 living and wowwee..2 weeks every summer you can plan the tiffs by the day in the visit..LOL... 9:30 PM and to bed..and walked a bit before this..readying myself for a lot less of me and a stress test..LOL would not pass today,,thanks a MILLION..all hearts and my special Jen..Sarah

Beautiful news...dad is home with his pacemaker for 2nd nite..sis sleeping with them..they have good rapport and grandkids to help with horses. Mom can come home from her hospital 300 miles away where she had to have hers to a care facility here with a day bed and a real bed in her room and dad can stay any time he likes in town here where they live..she has insurance that will pay for 20 days of strengthening and that should be more than enough to get her home. She had sent a picture of herself with her hair fixed by sis and holding the great grandbaby just now, finaly a real bath after God knows how long as I called my sister and things look far better... they were different knds of sick to get these needs figured out but now thanks to modern tech and pacemakers they should have good years to come...thanks be to God and all of you..both at same time..to have them on the mend in the same town will be marvelous...PLUS..the Jack Russel Patty can visit the facility too!!..I bet some sleeping over will be happening with all 3..it is not the fanciest..but it is where the people are the nicest,,LOL..thank you thank you thank you...Sarah
She will exercise rehab wise 3 times a dayn needed with her 3 illnesses and how her whole feet and body was compromised this year....Sarah

That's so good to hear mi hija. I'm so happy for you and your family. It's so scary when something like this happens hu ? I can so imagine. Hopefully within a few weeks it will only be a bad nightmare that you can all leave behind. Still crossing fingers and toes tho. Mwuah !
