Ticketmaster is terrible!
I bought two tickets for AC tomorrow night, section 105, for $274.53 each, during the pre-sale. Currently tickets in this section are selling for $168.30 according to the interactive map provided by ticketmaster. Floor tickets, some still available, are selling for the price I paid. Yet ticketmaster is refusing any exchange or at least partial refund, which is so infuriating! What is the point of being a dedicated fan who gets tickets at the first chance if you get screwed in the end? Not to mention that there are also still available much better seats even in our section! I have been going to see Enrique for 10 years now, it should not be such an unfair system.

Awww that is terrible!!!! I've seen that happen, I bought VIP tickets for 2 Enrique concerts. This time, I went to Newark NJ instead of AC tomorrow. I paid $1,350 for 2 front row VIP tickets. When A/C went on sale those tickets were the same price....guess what last Sunday I checked and they were offering "Premium Tickets" two front row tickets were going for 2 for $650!!!! Can you imagine how upset I would have been???? VIP is not really worth it because the difference in cost doesn't cover the food and drinks...they ran out of food in Newark and everyone was like vultures when they brought it out. Unfortunately that's what happens a lot, they bank on selling out the good seats first, but when they don't sell out they end up reducing the price. It's a good opportunity for last minuted concert goers, but yes I do agree with you, as a fan who does pre-sale this is SUPER UNFAIR!!! I hope you have a great time in A/C!!!

I too can relate to an issue with ticketmaster! I am from Australia and travelling to see 2 shows in August LA and Vegas!
I wanted to buy platinum tickets for the Vegas show and they would not process the sale as i was not a US resident i was on the phone with them getting redirected for over an hour! I would hate to see what my phone bill comes too LOL! it kind of sucks as i am coming from the other side of the world to see my ENRIQUE and i would have paid top money to be so close to him but unfortuantely ticketmaster will only sell the regular tickets..... but never mind im still going to 2 shows and i have good seats considering i just bought my Vegas tickets a couple of weeks ago!! Im lucky enough to be going!!!!! I did find that purchasing the tickets at a later time there were better seats available???
Im going to see Enrique regardless and i can not wait!
Yayyyyyy and not too mention i am fortunate enough to be meeting up with some awsome girls from the EI family most importantly!!!!

That is super awesome! Wow 3 EI shows in 2 months??? Amazing. Well I know you'll have a good time. I love this website, the people on it are so cool. I just decided to post my story and videos, and the response has been amazing. For what it's worth I hope you enjoy JLo too, I never got to see her because of what happened, but it was soooooooo worth it.
