To fans who have been to concerts
How to you feel about the segment when Enrique takes a fan on stage? Do you think it is too long. Because I DO. If he is only going to be on stage for and hour this twenty bit is too long. Then to have the fan sing. UGH. I did not pay $274 to hear William Hung. I know he enjoys it but it does not have to so long. I have been to three concets and BELIEVE me people in the audeince are losing interest. You can attack all you want but I want Enriqaue to know Also ten song for a concert is not enought. It is too late for me my concets are gone but for the rest of the tour and furture tours just think about it.

I agree the fan on stage bit was two long. I attended 3 concerts and 20 minutes out of a set that is just a little over an hr is almost 1/3 of the concert! that's too much. it would be nice if instead he would do an acoustic set. After all, we are paying to see Enrique sing, not random fans that we don't know. In AC, he cut 3 songs out of the show compared to Newark, night 2. If he had to cut something, I'd rather it would have been the fan on stage. I was amused by the fan maybe for 5 minutes.

Right there with you guys. I know Enrique enjoys his hands'-on experience with his fans, but sometimes he doesn't choose wisely (lol) and the fan segment is not entertaining. But Enrique, even the most fascinating and witty fan you have can't compare to you! Please limit the fan segment to five minutes or less. We'd rather hear another song or some of your stories than the comments of some stranger.

Totally agree!
"Enrique, sweetie, we love you to pieces, and as loyal die hard fans, we will always support you in every step of the way, but please, please shorten the stage scene where you bring fans up there. I realize this is exciting and fun for you but for the rest of us fans who are sitting in the audience, this gets old very fast. If you need to rest your voice which we totally understand, like Lynique said, you could utilize that time for another song or stories, so if you are reading, please think about it. By the way, thank you again for all the beautiful music and for singing "I Like How It Feels" in Atlantic City!....cant wait to see you again in San Antonio, Houston, and Orlando!

We would have liked he sings "I Like How It Feels".... But we had 2 very nice spanish songs!
It was my first and second experience. And I can't wait to see him alone for a complete show!
The "Stand By Me / Knockin' On Heaven's Door episode" should not be too long and it is true that I would have preferred to hear more songs like "Ring My Bells" for example...
Even the "Hero Girl episode" has not exited me that much...
It is great for those who are chosen and their friends...
In more he chosen only guys for a drink with him... Hey! Enrique! Girls also like rum!!!

Those pictures are from Atlantic City. I am not saying stop it just shorten it a bit. I pay to hear Enrique sing not some radom most of the time tone death fan. The sets are too short. If his concerts were two hours long twenty mintues is not all the much but when he is only on stage for an hour it too long. I would rather hear a few more songs. I was at both concerts in NJ, In AC he cut out Ring my Bells and did not sing any of this Spanish songs.

I agree. 1/3 of the concert is too much. I think it should be 1/10 or less. (20 min. out of 2 hs is still 1/6. better but still too much.) If Enrique needs to rest his voice longer, take a few minute's intermission while the stage is being reset but the concert time should not be cut shorter. What I mean, for example 1 hr concert, 30 minutes of concert including the fan segment, 10 minute intermission, 30 minutes. Of course, I wouldn't mind a longer concert. :)

I just want to share some quotes from Critics reviewing the shows. These are professional reviewers. There is another one from one of the NJ shows where he spend 22 mintues with a fan on stage but I can't find it.
A few quibbles: Iglesias is a flirtatious and generous performer who loves to get up close and personal with the audience, pulling fans cell phones out of their hands to give them that all important close-up portrait for their Facebook pages. That said, he does not need to pull up portly middle-aged men clearly on a Match.com date on stage. Iglesias picked Bill, a forty-something divorced guy bragging about his 29-year old date, out of the crowd, prompting the big lug (who tried to make an unfunny joke about Iglesias’ much hawked Atlantico Rum) to sing “Stand By Me” center stage. To say it was a waste of time is an understatement, although
Enrique. You ventured out into the crowd, using fans' cellphones to take their photos, slapping hands, giving hugs. That bit with the two blokes from the audience singing "Stand By Me" and drinking with you onstage was momentarily funny,but it dragged on way too long and destroyed the momentum of your show.

I have to disagree with all of you. I love that every time I go to an Enrique concert it's different, because you never know how the people he picks are gonna be. Some are funnier than others but I like seeing how Enrique interacts with them--it really feels like you get a sense of what he's like as a person. Of course I'd also want more songs but I really like the fan segment.
