To my dad (RIP) : Happy Fathersday !
Today it's fathersday in Belgium. My dad sadly passed away way to soon in 2005. He was only 66 years (for three days) when he suddenly died.
But my dad loved flowers. He loved getting them for his birthday, Fatherday, weddinganniversary or other occasions or just cause we felt like buying some. Today my mom still has every week some new fresh flowers who are standing next to my dad's picture !
I love flowers myself although I never get some. You can do me such a pleasure with it. Guess I must have that from my dad then !
So I went to the graveyard and planted two plants with flowers on. One is lavender and the other one I don't know ! But loved the tiny little flowers. You can see them in the pictures. The lavender is on the left and the other one is on the right undercorner.
Happy Fatherday to all your fathers ... cherish them !

Thanks mi hija. I didn't know about your dad. I'm so sorry dear. It's aweful to miss them hu ? Noone can take their place. But it's good that you have suce a nice stepdad. You do treasure him this coming weekend. That would be awesome to do so !

Aweee Hilde I'm so sorry for your loss your father seemed so special to you always keep him in your heart and remember all your good memories wih him:) I have my father still with me and love him so much ..but I lost my older brother years ago and still miss him so much that just never goes away..:( Happy Fathers Day to alll the great dads out there living or who have passed away

Thanks Lora ! He meant the world to me ! And noone will ever be able to replace him. But that's fine cause he was unique.
I'm sooooo sorry to hear about your brother. Must have been a horrible time for you and your family. The loss of someone so dear and near is always hard hu ? I understand that you miss him much !

Oh thanks Rita, that's sooooooooooooooo sweet of you ! And even purple ones. I try to buy purple ones and you know why ? Cause his favourite soccerteam had the colours white and purple. So without you knowing it you even added the right colour ! Auw !
