we want to clear the name of a site that showed under one of the video .how can do it.
For example like this:

You have to start an account, I suppose. Subscribe to youtube, with a users name and a password. Then you can add videos to your own list of favorites, or add your own videos.

@ Trudie :We have Movie maker but we dont know how to use it.We want to clear the Youtube mark bellow the video .It seems it attached with video.

I use Movie Maker too and I don't have any problems with uploading on YouTube... I would like to help you, how can I? What exactly you don't know...?

When we watch this video we can see "VEVO" at the right bottom of the video.but we want to clear "VEVO" that is showed in the video.
We want to show this video to one of our friends but we dont want she notices that its from "VEVO".
We downloaded it & saved for ourselves in our pc .We putted it in the Movie Maker but we didnt know what should we do for clearing "VEVO" sign.

I don't think you can remove the "Vevo" label from a video, Nasi & Nafi. It's there to protect it from piracy, you know. I am afraid you will just have to leave it there.
