Why Enrique wins nothing at all?
he lost AMA last year, he lost latin grammy last year and this year, he didnt even get any grammy noms, he lost MTV VMA this year and last year, he lost MTV EMA this year, He lost Teen and People choice toooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he only wins cheap awards such as latin bilbord huh!!!!
but no matter he would be my hero forever!!!
but i think we should support him 100 times more to make him the best. BTW i heard that Shakira has recently got a star on Hollywood walk of fame? how about E? does he have any? he deserves it for sure!!!!!! dont forget to support!!!!!!!

No, I guess maybe Enrique's fans are too confident sometimes .. well at least I can speak for myself, that I always assume he's gonna win for sure. And now I realize we really need to vote a lot more to make it.

I am sure it has to do with content of his music,which has been my complaint in the past. Not only his fans but the music industry as a whole votes on these things they look at his community service, and a whole gamut of things are in the minds of the people that vote and make the deciscion on who deserves the awards. The people voting actually use their thinking ability and see where he is on the spectrum of humanitarian efforts also. The people guiding his career are not doing their job either I don't think they are concerned enough with the image he portrays. He has talent but it takes more than that these days. When his friends show their asses when a photograper takes a photo, talking about the size of your penis, you'll strip naked if your team wins a sporting event, or your interviews are identical and he is Mr. interview king, if these are the things making the news, and not the humanitarian works you participate in. He is a face on a magazine, on a salvation army ad, going to some hospital in some foreign land that he doesn't live in, If and when does he serve food at a food kitchen? Hand out clothes at some shelter when its 10 below zero, donate school supplies to the kids parents that need a little help in the miami area . He needs to remember, the people in this country do most of the voting. THis is the front page news that keeps you in the face of the voters just like a politician. We love his web site, the communication, the music, but we are just a handful, compared to those who are not a part of this fan site. Shakira got a star on the walk of fame, Enrique has more number whatever hits, his sound has been around a lot longer, but when you read about her, one of the things they mention and the most important is the philanthropical works she participates in, this is the key to her success in getting the votes, and she lets people know what her success allows her to do for the people around her and she is very serious when it comes to being a part of the community from which she comes. What more can I say.............. this is just my opinion/observation. I have been a fan since the beginning of his career, watched him grow up per se, I wish him continued success.

I wish enrique really would win more he really deserves it but honestly he doesnt need a stupid metal thing that says he is "the best artist" or something like that because we know and he knows that he is amazing(: and the best award he can have is his fans!!!!

Awards are nice and mean something to the fans and the star...but E is a big music success...good guy no matter what...i almost think the awards pick someone less known to sell more when someone is down..making less for the companies than the top hitters..all political i think...but who knows..of course i do not know..but E is not down..or finishing up a fabulous career.. he put out a different kind of album that brought another generation on board and attracted some new foxy fifty something folks this year..LOL..just keep writing and singing after you rest E..your fan base is solid..Sarah

it might be from about 2-3 years ago...but you can't always win...
latin grammys are TRASH! even the english ones...they're chosen by a group of old bias people
and latin billboards...that you call cheap..are actually more important. Those are awarded by SALES...what's more important for you? an award that maybe 10 people like or an award that lots of random ppl all over the country liked?

but sales...you can't really mess with those, albums can't just go missing and lie that you sold 5 so then that person doesn't get an award.
