Share 'Is it legal 2 play unreleased songs on radio??????'

It realy feels great to listen them on radio. but is it legal for radio stations 2 play any songs released or unreleased on air i mean radio? I mean i heard the way u touch me, shake me break me, dont u 4get about me, miss you, u'r my no.1, i've always loved u, wish u were here with me, on top of u n som more even once i heard alive on dt station. i dont know, it is legal or not any1????????
