I hope you receive this letter…My name is Peter, I am a big fan of your songs since 95’ when I have heard lyrics like “Se te ne vai”, up to the present moment, where you are No.1 - congratulations for winning “International male artist 2007” on Bulgaria’s Fan TV!

I enjoy your lyrics because of the true words implemented, because of the trust in the beautiful people still existing, because of the amazing way the love has been described; those made me search for it and believe it is there somewhere…

Last summer I found it – I found the love I was searching for everywhere so long time - far away from Bulgaria, in Spain…It was the moment the “Insomniac” album has just been released and one of the so many uncountable common things between me and the woman of my dreams, that make me feel every day I am the luckiest man on planet, were the songs from your album, Enrique…My love has translated to me the text of “Alguien soy yo”, because we both have enjoyed this song, and each time I have listened to it, I used to smile and I knew somebody is thinking about me all the time…I have imagined so many times about traveling somewhere far away, only me and her, and listening to this song on the stereo…

My sweet love is studying currently at Mallorca and one month ago I went over there to present to her the ring, with my heart included, because I just have felt in the way I can not live without this woman beside me…And while traveling around the island we really listened to the song on the stereo, I just couldn’t believe one of my biggest dreams became true…

Here’s the reason for my letter – my girlfriend has told me she always wanted to go on a romantic trip at Cancun City, on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. I am planning to take her on a vacation there the next Christmas 09’ (her graduating year in the University), because I think it will a perfect place to propose her to marry me; so I will manage a trip to the resort of Cancun; the romantic dinner, the Christmas celebration, the candles, the music, I will have even true words I want to tell her, ready in my mind…all this sounds to me the perfect surrounding for such a special moment in my life... I know you are a busy person and you have your plans managed at least for a year ahead, but I have a big favour to ask of you - I just would like to invite you to join our little Christmas celebration at Cancun and to have a dinner with us - if there is someone I would like to witness the moment of proposing mi novia to marry me, I would like this person to be you, Enrique, I am definitely sure about this… and not because of your famousness, but because of the true words and the way of expressing my feelings that I have learned from your lyrics; because of the hope for happiness your songs kept in me each day since I have met Desi, the lady in my life…

I truly understand such a request of mine is something that a fan should not ask to be performed by you, but I hope it gets to you; and it will be the best surprise ever if such a lifetime-memorable moment becomes true…If there is a chance it could happen, please drop me a personal message here in my profile.
