Welcome to my Profile.
A bit of an introduction about me. Well my name is Donna Michelle Reid. I'm 35 years old and I'm 5 foot 3 inches tall. I currently weigh in at 167 pounds and I"m still working to loose weight. I"m also a single, working mom of three special needs boys.
My current resident is Corbin, Kentucky. The home of the original Kentucky Fried Chicken Restauraunt and Cumberland Falls. It is a small town with lots of friendly people who are a close nit group.
As I stated above, I'm a single mom. No, I dont have a boyfriend at the moment either. While I have many friends, both male and female, and while yes I do get lonely at times, for the most part I"m happy with my life and how my life is turning out since my divorce two years ago. I was married for 14 years and finally got tired of the abuse my ex was dishing out to me. Now I'm slowly rebuilding my life and the lives of my children are better.
I have three boys.. ages 15, 14 and 8 years old. All three of my kids are special needs. My oldest was born with Cleft Palate which has been 80% repaired. My middle son has Severe Autism, ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder and several other behavior disorders. The Autism is the main disorder. My youngest son has a mild learning disability not otherwise specified.
While being a full time mom keeps me busy enough, I'm also a full time factory worker, I work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. Then on top of this I"m also an Unlocking Autism Rep for Southeast Kentucky. Also I'm a part-time Parent advocate for families of special needs children to get the services from the local school system that these children need.
As you can imagine all this keeps me fairly busy everyday.. I still manage to find time to just hang out with a few friends every so often, and of course to follow Enrique's career. I'm a big fan of Enrique's and have turned several of my friends onto his music as well. I truely enjoy listening to his music and letting it all touch my life.
Thank you so much Enruque for the songs you write and the hearts you touch. I sincerely hope you continue to do what you love and have fun while doing so.
Love, Donna
