WHY? WHY??? WHY????

Why do people do things or say things that are really nasty to others. The last couple of times I have been on this forum with my 8 year old. They have been verbally bashing someone she truly adores, Anna Kournikova!! She started out as a fan of Enrique's because she loves his music. When she seen Anna with Enrique in a picture she said that is the one who loves Enrique.
