To the poster asking when they are chosen: I was at this concert and saw their sign. Figured they would win so I was keeping an eye on them. I saw them get escorted by security to the floor level (they had lower level seating tickets) while Enrique was setting up the stage. Enrique played first at our show, so I'd imagine they were chosen sometime upon entering the stadium or while in their seats?
