Love, Hope, Strength
Hey guys, Just wanted to let everyone know that Love Hope Strength foundation has been kind enough to set up booths at all of our Enrique and J-Lo shows this summer. Please be sure to at least come by to check out! You could help save the lives of these children! So if you are attending the shows, please stop by the Love Hope Strength table and GET ON THE LIST to become a marrow donor. All it takes is a cheek swab!!! You can also GET ON THE LIST online at www.lovehopestrength.org
A few more interesting facts you should know:
- Each year over 18,000 people in the United States alone will need a lifesaving marrow transplant and only 30% will have a match in their family. The remaining 70% of patients rely upon international marrow registries to locate their matches.
- Another interesting fact is that Hispanics make up only 10% of the national registry thus making it significantly harder to locate a potential match.
- Love Hope Strength has registered over 20,000 marrow donors with our partners at DKMS resulting in nearly 300 potentially lifesaving matches.
- Thousands of patients with blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma, sickle cell and other life-threatening diseases depend on marrow donors to find a match to save their life.
- Donation is no longer the painful process it once was, 85% of the time it is similar to giving blood plasma.

Te admiro mucho por todo lo que haces para ayudar a los niños con cáncer. Es maravilloso que utilices tu fama para concienciar a la gente de la difícil situación que viven miles de niños enfermos que no encuentran donante y de lo que podemos hacer para ellos para devolverles la esperanza. Con excepción de tu novia, no creo que haya muchos famosos que se comprometan tanto a ayudar a los niños enfermos y desprivilegiados. Me maravilla y me llena de admiración todo lo que ya has hecho para ellos; animar a tus fans a apuntarse a la lista de la a fundación Love Hope Strength, cumplir el sueño a una joven fan de ocho años con leucemia invitándola a conocerte en los camerinos durante tu gira con Pitbull del otoño pasado, aparecer en el programa mexicano Teleton para recaudar fondos para los jóvenes discapacitados.....y probablemente mucho más, eso no lo dudo. Ah, se me ha olvidado tu concierto benéfico para las víctimas del terremoto de Haiti. Te admiro, Enrique, por lo mucho que te dedicas a buenas causas, por tu hermosa personalidad que hace que además de apoyar a los que lo tienen difícil, siempre seas cercano para tus fans. Siempre nos tratas estupendamente, de forma personal y afectuosa, tanto en tus conciertos como fuera. Gracias, Enrique, por tus conciertos, por dar sentido a mi vida con tu música y por otra cosa, lo que sin duda ya has conseguido por todo lo que haces para ellos; aliviar el sufrimiento de los niños con cáncer.

So wonderful!!! Helping to save the lives of kids!!! A nurse I work with...her daughter, with chemo would have 30 percent chance of saving her daughter's life, while a bone marrow transplant would have 80 percent chance if her platelets keep dropping and she needs more treatment... Than you!!!

FABULOUS! I've been a marrow donor candidate on the National Registry since I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital 10 or so years ago. Thank you ever so much for promoting this! Awesome work . . .

Enrique this is just one of the reasons why i love you. Your so kind and sweet. You pook out for everyones best interest. I know you'd never say this yourself but you truely Are a wonderful person. Your musics great your so down to earth and (dont mean to sound fangirlsish) but your extremly hot. But that isnt what makes me like you so much i mean yeah it helps but it dosent make the person. YOU are a fantastic person inside and out. Babe you got it all- the whole package. Never stop being wonderful hah who am i kiddin YOU NEVER WILL. you'll always be wonderfull. LOVE YOU LOTSS!!

It's really nice and refreshing to know that you guys support these kind of causes. Many lives can be saved by this! Immensely proud! Love, Hope, & strength is all anybody needs!
