i met fernando and i took a picture with him too. And i was super close, but i wasn't hero girl :'(

and he stayed at 4 seasons. i called tues night and the bitches said he wasnt there. But i called Wednesday morning again and they did transfer me to his room but then after a few rings, operator said this guest has checked out...bummer..
